I am currently reading "Lord of the Flies." One of the characters I chose for symbolization is Ralph, who is the leader of the group. He also rpresents the hunter for the prey which are the pigs.

This book i am reading is Lord of the Flies
The character that I see to have the symbolism is Piggy. He represents sickness and lazyness because he would not help the other children with projects. He is an idealist but not a worker.

Please comment on eachother's questions. You do not need to add anything to the character symbolizations, unless you really want to comment on them. Don't forget your names!

The book I am reading is "Lord of the Flies". The character I have picked is Ralph. I believe Ralph represents adventure and freedom. I believe this because Ralph wanted explore the island and was easy going and laid back.

I have just finished reading "Lord of the Flies"! The character I have chosen is Ralph. He is the main character, and I believe he has just the right personality to lead his peers. Ralph represents courage because he is clever and able to overcome any challenge. He is mentally strong.

I chose 5:16 AM.
On the first day on the deserted island, the teenagers get to know each other and the island.
On the second day, the teens start to look for food and hope to find a ship to bring them home. They do find a pig trail. So they make a spear for hunting the pigs.
On the third day, Ralph, the leader, attempts to try to kill the pig, but misses.
